Since 1917, Asamai Brewery has been crafting traditional sake, with the principle “Sake is born from the earth” .

Located in the Yokote Basin of Akita Prefecture, the largest basin in Japan, Asamai Brewery is surrounded by expansive rice paddies and abundant pure water.
In this ideal environment, Asamai Brewery continues to produce only Junmai type, a sake made exclusively from ric and water. The refined techniques and exceptional taste are highly appreciated around the world with numerous awards such assuch as Kura Master in France, IWC in the UK, and Milano Sake Challenge in Italy.
